Our Mission

Our mission is to empower Baltimore boys, ages 7–24, by providing the community, resources, and exposure they need to freely explore ballet as both an artistic and athletic pathway to success. We are not a dance program, but through ongoing support, mentorship, and exposure, we create a safe and inclusive space where boys and young men can explore the benefits of ballet without the weight of cultural misconceptions. We also seek to shift perspectives, cultivating a community that sees ballet not as a challenge to masculinity, but as a powerful opportunity to develop discipline, strength, and resilience—both physically and mentally.

Our Vision

Our vision is for Baltimore to be a community where ballet is embraced as a meaningful opportunity for young men, and where boys feel safe and supported in their pursuit of artistic and athletic growth. We strive to make our city a hub where schools and companies from around the world recognize Baltimore as a source of well-trained, well-rounded, and well-supported dancers.

Our Values

We value the courage to explore, the freedom to be, and the community to uplift. We believe in the power of ballet to transform lives, creating an inclusive community where male ballet dancers are empowered to push boundaries, embrace their artistry, and be fully seen and supported.
